Well things are beginning to clam down in the Poorman household. The girls are trying to get back into a school routine. Homework is a much dreaded afternoon activity. We will be closing on our house tomorrow in The Woodlands. I am anxious to get that behind us. God was so faithful in selling it in a timely manner. I am still amazed how he worked out ALL the MANY details. Madeline still needs your prayers she is finding moving to a new school quite an adjustment. She is so beautiful I told her all the kids must just be intimidated by her and that is why they are not just running up to meet her. She will be fine but according to her it is the end of the world. Life lessons are hard and my prayer is that she continues to seek Jesus in her struggle. I am confident he will be with her. Peyton is adjusting to the small town school life. She seems to really be in her element. She says she is the only person with the name Peyton and that thrills her.

We are excited about your new life and we know that God is going to bless you in the schools girls and you are going to be shinning examples to all that get to know you. God has you there for a particular reason and He is going to use you in mighty ways to reach out to others as we have seen you reach out to so many here and in Guatemala. Glad to hear that the house closed so quickly in TW and that you are getting settled in to SA. Hopefully we will be able to come over in the near future for a visit. We leave tomorrow for 3 weeks to jordan and Egypt, one week we will be celebrating out 40th anniversary on cruise up the Nile River. Take care and keep in touch. Girls try to stay dry until I see you again.
Hi Stacie!
I am so glad you started a blog! It sure makes friends feel closer! It is a must have for people who move as often as we do!
I was surprised to see that Paige is back to Madeline. We will be praying for her adjustment. I am glad Peyton is doing so well.
